Today we have a quick question for Craig Ballantyne. Six pack abs it’s what we are about here right? Well yes and no. What we are after is the lean, fat free athletic physique. And aren’t lean tight abs part of that? Absolutly!! But before we get to Craig’s best ab exercises let’s not lose sight of the fact that if we are carrying around an extra layer of fat we are not going to be able to see our abs no matter how many sets of ab specific exercises we do.
