Contrary to what you may have been told if you only have 1 kettlebell you are not limited in your options to get in a great workout, but the key is how you put together your exercises so you get a balanced, fat burning, strength gaining, energy boosting full-body workout, and do it in the shortest amount of time.

Kettlebell Training Some Points To Remember:

3) Kettlebells help you burn fat fast and in alot less time than that spinning class or marathon treadmill workout
Try this full-body bodyweight and kettlebell circuit. All you’ll need is a single kettlebell and about 20 minutes to spare. After a thorough warm-up, circuit that I want you to do.
• 5 Burpees
Note: If you are new to burpees or just working out in general leave out the push-ups and jumps till your conditioning improves.
• 10 Kettlebell Snatches – Did you know that one minute of doing the Kettlebell Snatch burns 20.2 calories!!
• 15 Lunges
• 20 Kettlebell Swings
• 25 Mountain Climbers
Work up to doing this kettlebell and bodyweight circuit 4-6 times. If you have to cut the reps to someting more to your fitness level.
This workout hits all of your major muscle groups, can be performed in about 20 minutes, and gets you both a strength training and cardio workout all at the same time. You could do this one instead of a cardio session, or even by itself if you’re pressed for time.
