Today I have a Kettlebell and Burpee timed circuit workout that I use usually on my off weight training days. It is just one of the many kettlebell and bodyweight combination workouts that I use. Your going to need a timer. I was going every minute on the minute.
In other words start your first set on the minute do your 2 exercises then rest till the next minute start again. This workout will have you sucking some serious wind. And the strength and fat burning benefits are a really nice add on.
This kettlebell swing and burpee conditioning workout should take about 15 minutes if you’re in shape: Or what you can do is set a specific time 5, 10, 15, 20 minutes whatever your conditioning level is. As usual the next workout try to better what you did last workout.

As you can see and will find out if you give this workout a try a great workout doesn’t need to be complicated or long. One kettlebell and your bodyweight is all you need for this workout. And even if you are in great condition you don’t really need to go beyond 20 minutes.
If you can do more (damn your good) add a weight vest, use 2 kettlebells for your swings, do your burpees using 2 kettlebells.
Well that’s it for todaygive this workout a shot (Oh I usually do this workout 2-3 times a week) I think you will be very happy with the results.
Till next time Joe
P.S. If you haven’t already check out the page I set up with kettlebell training videos there are some very good training videos showing you how to do some of the various kettlebell exercises.
