The Bear Complex in plain language will kick your butt BIG Time. Not to mention it it will send your fat burning and cardio thru the roof. As far as fat burning exercises go the bear is probably the most gruelling exercise I have ever done. Trust me when you try this one you will probably curse me to no end for showing it to you. But master it, use it and you will thank me for it. The bear is essentially 5 exercises in one.
1) Clean
2) Front Squat
3) Press (push press) to lockout
4) Back Squat
5) Behind Neck Press – to lockout
I won’t go into an in depth explanation the video at just over 5 minutes should be enough.
So what do you think? Yeah totally awesome, brutal, sadistic and a fat burning exercise to the extreme. The bear is one of those fat burners I wouldn’t want raw begginners to try. As you can see the people from crossfit (thanks for the video by the way) are pretty well conditioned. If you really want to try it scale back some on the # of rounds you do. And also this is not an exercise you use heavy weight to do.
Okay go ahead and let the cursing begin. But later on you will thank me. Except when you have to go buy all those new Smaller size clothes you will need.
